The free version can back up with one Node. It is enough to try the core backup flow and keep using a single storage target.
In Drop Mode, free users can send up to 3 items at a time.
On iOS 27 or later, Free also includes five successfully completed backups via Shortcuts. Failed or cancelled runs do not count.
